One of our favourite style of pastries with vanilla creme patissiere, rhubarb apple compote and crumble in a croissant dough.

Orders are by piece.

 

How to eat & store

Can be eaten as it is on the day received or reheated in the oven for a few minutes so it's extra crispy outside and warm on the inside.

Must keep in fridge overnight if not consumed on the day. Can be kept for 1-2 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
