Shredded carrots, toasted pecans, cream cheese, cinnamon and ground clove spices, frosted and decorated with almond glaze, cassonade sugar, icing and more pecans. 

Best eaten fresh when received, can be kept up to a week. Advised to store in airtight container after opening.
