We are creatives brought together by a love of honing our craft in the baking and pastry world, with a vision to make extraordinary versions of classic dough.
We started this journey of mastering the art of dough with making Bomboloni, then Panettone, and will continuously be reaching new dough territories. We are slightly obsessed with perfecting this dough to achieve an almost indestructible exterior yet light-as-air, fluffy dough texture, and paired the humble dough with pretty wild yet delectable flavour pairings.
What we treasure the most is that making good dough has brought us over and beyond into building community together with you who appreciate our craft and enjoy food.
But this is only the beginning, we have yet more dough to discover and master, more of you to share and connect with. There's much work to be done.
