Lemon Basil - freshly zested lemon and basil leaves
Earl Grey - fragrant British black tea leaves
Matcha Basil - Uji matcha with fresh basil leaves and matcha glaze
Ginger Milk - freshly grated ginger with a milk topping, inspired by local favourite dessert 薑汁撞奶
Oolong Buckwheat - pleasantly fragrant roasted oolong with toasted buckwheat crunch

Best reheated in the oven (175C) for 5 min so it's toasty outside and warm on the inside. Allow it to cool for 2 min before eating.

Can be kept for 1-2 days in an airtight container at room temperature, 3-4 days in the fridge. Reheat for longer time from fridge.

Recommended to eat Vanilla Brȗlée fresh on the day received.
