Inspired by one of my favourite Singapore snacks.
Made with housemade hae bee hiam (spicy dry shrimp) in a croissant knot, prawn oil glaze and fried shrimp topping.
Orders are by piece.
How to eat & store
Can be eaten as it is on the day received or reheated in the oven (150C) for 3-5 minutes.
Keep in airtight container overnight if not consumed on the day. Can be kept for 2-3 days.
Important notes:
- Preorders for the day closes 2 days before or earlier if sold out for the week.
- We will likely have extras to order each day for same day pickup/delivery. If interested, please WhatsApp before 12pm, otherwise, extras will be announced on IG and available to order on WhatsApp at 12pm.
