The 6th member of our Panettone family, an Asia inspired flavour!

We first paired pandan and pineapple in our bomboloni and enjoyed it so much, we made this pairing in a Panettone.  

Ingredients

100% pasta madre (sourdough starter), freshly squeezed pandan flavoured dough, housemade pandan white chocolate, housemade kaya caramel jam, housemade candied pineapple slices, white chocolate, almond glaze, icing sugar and pearl sugar

How to eat & store

Best eaten fresh when received, can be kept for more than a week, there are no preservatives. Advised to store in airtight container after opening. 

You can also enjoy it toasted/baked/panfried. We enjoy pairing this flavour with a slab of butter and a warm cup of coffee or milk tea.
