A beloved French beef dish slow cooked in a rich red wine sauce. A whole dish in a croissant!
Made with slow cooked wagyu beef cheek, red wine sauce, creamy pomme purée, roasted pearl onions and carrots, nasturtium in a croissant tourbillon.
Orders are by piece.
How to eat & store
Can be eaten as it is on the day received or reheated in the oven for 7-9 minutes so it's extra crispy outside and warm on the inside.
Keep in fridge overnight if not consumed on the day. Can be kept for 2-3 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat for 10min+ if kept in fridge.
Important notes:
- Preorders for the day closes 2 days before or earlier if sold out for the week.
- We will likely have extras to order each day for same day pickup/delivery. If interested, please WhatsApp before 12pm, otherwise, extras will be announced on IG and available to order on WhatsApp at 12pm.
