The 6th member of our Panettone family, an Asia inspired flavour!

We first paired pandan and pineapple in our bomboloni and enjoyed it so much, we made this pairing in a Panettone.  

Ingredients

100% pasta madre (sourdough starter), freshly squeezed pandan flavoured dough, housemade kaya caramel jam, housemade candied pineapple slices, white chocolate, almond glaze, icing sugar and pearl sugar

How to eat & store

Best eaten fresh when received, can be kept for more than a week, there are no preservatives. Advised to store in airtight container after opening. 

You can also enjoy it toasted/baked/panfried. We enjoy pairing this flavour with a slab of butter and a warm cup of coffee or milk tea.
